Blue Light also known as High Energy Visible Light (HEV) is a short wavelength that produces high amounts of energy ranging from 380-500 nanometers.

In general, the amount of 1cm x 1 cm (or 0.25g) of sunscreen should cover the face and neck sufficiently. We strongly recommend to apply sufficient sunscreen to fully cover the face and neck for effective protection.

Always re-apply after swimming, perspiration and after wiping face. It is recommended to re-apply sunscreen every 2 or 3 hours.

Sunscreen should be applied after skincare products as the last step. However, sunscreen should be applied before foundation and makeup. Do not mix sunscreen together with other skincare products or makeup.

Remove sunscreen with makeup remover followed by washing with foaming cleanser.

It may cause minor staining but this can be easily removed by washing with detergent. However, as with any sunscreen, wash stains immediately and do not leave the stain to penetrate overnight.

The validity of Crystal Tomato®️ Beyond Sun Protection is 3 years from date of manufacturing. The expiry date can be found on the box and the crimped edge of the product.

Do not use sunscreen products on babies under 6 months old. It is usually considered safe to apply sunscreen on babies over 6 months and older children.

Sunscreens offer varying degrees of protection against UVA/UVB. However, sun damage is not caused by UVA/UVB alone. Recent scientific evidence has revealed that HEV (Blue Light) is also a major and significant cause of hyperpigmentation and premature aging of skin. Environmental Pollution, too, has been shown to be also very harmful to skin.
