WOULD CONSUMING REGULAR COLORED CAROTENOIDS (I.E. BETACAROTENE/LYCOPENE), GIVE THE SAME LIGHTENING EFFECT AS CONSUMING CRYSTAL TOMATO®?

Consuming colored carotenoids in large amount will affect the color of the skin. In particular, beta carotene taken in large amount over a long period would give skin an orange tint. Consuming regular tomatoes also do not protect against UV and do not have skin whitening functions as they only contain colored carotenoids.
