Shipping Policy

By placing an order through this Website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms below, regardless of whether you are a registered user of our Website or not. These terms are provided to ensure the parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect the parties’ rights mutually and set expectations on our service. If you are not agreeable to any of these terms or any future terms or policies that we may implement, you may refuse to access (or continue to access) the Website. The terms below apply to all users who access our Website.

1. General

The delivery of goods ordered from this Website is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain an accurate stock count of the goods, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available goods to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered items or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Free delivery for all local or domestic orders purchased through this Website.

For overseas orders, shipping costs are calculated upon checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping costs will be collected together with the purchase price of the products.

3. Returns

3.1 No Return/Refund Policy

We do not accept returns of goods. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns of goods or refunds unless the goods are found to be defective, not fit for purpose, inaccurate, or a missing item in your order. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Local Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods will be delivered within 3-5 business days or delivered within the estimated arrival time. Please note that delivery might be delayed during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.


4.2 Overseas Delivery

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 22 days, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. Do note that the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, holidays, weather conditions, and other external factors. The tracking information would provide the most accurate delivery date.

We are not liable for delayed or retained shipments while the goods are going through customs clearance.


4.3 Taxes

Customs Duties / Tariffs / Taxes  at the destination are Strictly Mandatory and are the buyer's responsibility with the rate determined by the customs authorities in each respective country.


4.4 Dispatch Time

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the orders will be dispatched within two business days upon payment of an order unless the item is out of stock or unavailable.

Our warehouse operates from Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm, except on Singapore national holidays. In these instances, we take reasonable steps to ensure that shipment delays will be minimal.

 

 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns of goods. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns of goods or refunds, unless the goods are found to be defective, not fit for purpose, inaccurate or there is a missing item in your order, within a 14-day from the day you received your goods.

You will get a return shipping label as well as directions on how and where to return your items once the return request is approved. Without our acceptance of the return request, we do not accept returned goods.

Damages And Issues

We do not allow returns for goods. Our sales are considered final. We only provide returns and refunds under specific circumstances, such as when goods are defective, not suitable for their intended purpose, inaccurate, or if there are missing items in your order. All requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 3 to 5 working days upon reception of the goods/ orders. Each request will be individually reviewed for approval. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns of goods or refunds unless the goods are found to be defective, not fit for purpose, inaccurate or there is a missing item in your order.

Refunds

We will notify you of the status of your return request. The return payment will be automatically paid to your original payment method. Do note that there will be a processing time for the refund amount, and it will be subjected to the respective bank or credit card company.
