The delivery of goods ordered from our website is subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to keep our stock levels up to dates, occasional stock shortages may occur. If an item you order is out of stock, we will fulfill the available items and inform you of the backordered product(s). You can choose to wait for restocking or opt for a refund for the unavailable items.

Shipping Cost

Local Orders: Free delivery for all domestic orders within Singapore.

International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping costs will be charged alongside your purchase. Please note that customs duties, tariffs, and taxes applicable at your destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Terms

Local Delivery: We aim to deliver within 3 -5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Delivery: delivery typically takes between 7 to 22 days. Delivery time may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or customs clearance. Tracking information will provide the most accurate delivery estimates.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International Orders: Please note that customs duties, tariffs, and taxes applicable at your destination are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges will be determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch orders within two business days of receiving payment, except in cases where items are out of stock. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, excluding public holidays in Singapore.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please ensure the items are unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.30pm.

Non-Returnable Items
